Hello, my TV is stuck on the Android TV logo, I’m looking for a recovery file, I need to obtain a generic Android TV firmware for the Mstar chipset

    Hello,

    You must start by unplugging the wall outlet for 30 seconds... Then plug back in... and see what happens..

        disconnect the TV from the outlet, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds, then plug the TV back in.

        Otherwise, try entering recovery mode to reset the TV; it’s the same procedure as for any Android device.

        If you have volume buttons on the TV, start by disconnecting the TV from the mains, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then depending on the model, either plug the TV back in while long-pressing the TV’s volume + until the logo appears, or plug the TV back in while continuing to hold the volume power button until the logo appears.

      There is no generic Android TV firmware for MStar chips, for your information.

      Contact the after-sales service or the retailer of the Dual brand to obtain the specific .bin or install.img file corresponding to the exact serial number of your model DL-AND32HD-DG21.

      Try this.

      Force a recovery mode, unplug the power, press and hold the physical Power/OK button on the TV, then plug the power cable back in to attempt to reach the factory reset menu (Wipe data / factory reset).
