Docking de disque dur multi-fonction 893U3

I am on Windows 10 with my laptop (Windows 8.1 with the desktop, but I haven't tried it yet). My PC simply does not recognize the device (or it only appears in the device list for a brief moment).

It has evolved! Now the device appears in the list of devices in my settings, but it's impossible to access the hard drive connected to it.

It is possible (likely) that your USB connector is being finicky...
Do you have another connector available? Or swap it with another device...

It is also possible, as with a standard external HDD, that you have a power supply issue, try first without a disk inserted, then just a memory card for example...

I just found out what was happening: my hard drive is new, so I needed to create the storage volume in Disk Management in order for it to show up and be able to read or write data to it.
