ILLEGIBLE Serial Number

I have a little issue with my MSI laptop and I would like to send it for repair, but I need a serial number. THE PROBLEM! The serial number is unreadable due to wear!

Hello,
Check with the command " wmic bios get serialnumber " in the command prompt.

It is usually present in the BIOS and on the packaging as well.
The enemy is stupid: he thinks we are the enemy when it is him!

Unfortunately, I have already tried that and the site still says there is an error with the S/N :/
(when I say the site, I mean the MSI one)
