Serial number with the sign: Ø

Hello, I bought a software, iClone, but this sign, Ø, is present in the serial number. And even if I copy the serial number exactly, with that sign, it is rejected. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Put a zero in its place.

    In my opinion, it should be a zero. Or use the Windows character map (start menu, accessories, system tools).

    normally, the sign Ø means 0 (zero)
    if there's 0 and o or O, it's not obvious to tell the difference
    O = uppercase letter
    o = lowercase letter
    Ø = number zero
