CARE Vector Exercise Bike

Hello, I want to help my grandfather remotely who is having a problem with his CARE exercise bike.
He can't change the gear plates. He is on 5 and wants to go to 3 if someone can assist me.

    Hello,
    The first thing to do is to check the manual and see if it exists somewhere online. But without knowing the model, it's complicated.

      This is a CARE Vectis 865 320 model.
      It appears to be an old model and I can't find the user manual.

      @MatIndeed, it's impossible to find this model, and not much easier to find a similar model with a complete manual, which would be that of the computer.
