Question

Bonjour,j'ai mon pc qui commence à ramer, le logiciel de messagerie ne s'ouvre pas, mozilla firefox met au moins 2 minutes pour se lancer, d'ailleurs, j'ai été obligée d'utiliser internet explorer, windows qui s'est bloqué, windows defender qui fonctionne pas très bien, tout s'est bloqué et j'ai été obligée d'employer le méthode forte, j'ai éteint et débranché le pc et je l'ai redémarré.

Tu as ci-dessus un lien qui t'explique un peu ce que c'est hijackthis. Dans le tuto tu as également un lien pour le télécharger. Il permet de diagnostiquer d'éventuels problèmes.

Si tu as exécuté hijackthis à partir du bureau, le log est sur ton bureau.

Comme le tuto disait de télécharger hijackthis sur le bureau, j'ai supposé qu'il était là.

Pourquoi ne lis-tu pas le tuto? Tout est bien expliqué.

Pour poster le log: tu l'ouvres avec le bloc-notes, fais un ctrl+A (pour tout sélectionner), un ctrl+C (pour copier), tu reviens ici et fais un ctrl+V (pour coller).

OK. Pas d'infection visible.

1. Dis-moi quelles sont les caractéristiques du PC (processeur, RAM et espace disque disponible)
2. Précise comment la lenteur est apparue (brusquement / après install de je-ne-sais-pas-quoi, etc.)
3. Est-ce que tu as touché aux drivers installés par défaut (sortie d'usine)? Est-ce que tu as le SP1 installé?

4. Je vais donner quelques pistes, pêle-mêle (tout ceci va accélérer ton PC mais pas de manière spectaculaire, s'il rame beaucoup).

- annule l'abo Orange payant et désinstalle leur antivirus. Installe un autre antivirus (avira antivir, gratuit ou bien nod32 payant).
- désinstalle adobe reader. Version pas à jour et lourde. Installe ceci à la place par la suite: https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/ (clique sur Free Download). Foxitreader sera en anglais (avec une traduction fr dispo pour bientôt). Bien plus léger et rapide que le reader d'Adobe. Si, toutefois, tu as besoin d'un truc en fr, installe la dernière version d'Adobe ici: https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ A l'installation, fais toujours une instal personnalisée et n'installe pas de choses inutiles (genre barres d'outils ou autres)
- désinstalle toutes les toolbars, elles ne servent à rien (à part alourdir la navigation et surcharger l'espace): windows live toolbar, google toolbar, etc
- désinstalle yahoo companions
- désinstalle google updater (une fois que tu as désinstallé la toolbar google, si tu n'as plus de produits google installés)
- fais une défragmentation du disque dur. Il y a des programmes meilleurs que celui intégré à windows (perfectdisk, si tu en veux un payant; un gratuit pourrait être https://download.cnet.com/Auslogics-Disk-Defrag/3000-18512_4-10567503.html ou https://download.cnet.com/Smart-Defrag/3000-2094_4-10759533.html?tag=mncol%3bpop&cdlPid=10981976 )
- regarde les processus et les services en démarrage automatique et désactive ceux dont tu n'as pas besoin (je pourrai aider sur ce point, si tu rencontres des difficultés)

je te remercie pour tes conseils je vais faire une razzia dans les toolbar. Je vais changer adobe que je n'arrive pas à remettre à jour, la mémoire vive est de 1GO, processeur AMD turion double-coeur de 1,6 GHZ, 104 GO de disponible, windows vista SP1,je ne sais pas quel service de démarrage qu'il faut désactiver, media center ne me sert pas, la défragmntation du disque dur s'effectue régulièrement, j'ai passé un gros coup de c cleaner, remis à jour driver de la carte graphique NVIDIA GE7300, désactivé logiciels qui s'exécutaient au démarrage. Je dois partir, je te tiendrai au courant. A+++

bonsoir, j'ai suivi tes conseils j'ai fait un grand nettoyage dans les logiciels qui ne servaient pas, firefox semble se lancer plus rapidement, je verrai par la suite, car j'ai un pc lunatique,j'ai installé foxit reader qui est beaucoup moins lourd et qui est plus rapide, il ouvre bien tous mes fichiers PDF. Pour l'anti-virus, je vais réfléchir car l'abonnement se termine au mois d'avril. Comment savoir quel service de démarrage désactiver ? Car si je désactive n'importe quoi, windows risque de ne pas fonctionner correctement

Très bien. Pour les services, ouvre une console DOS (démarrer/exécuter, tape cmd suivi d'entrée) et tape dans cette console la ligne suivante:
sc query state= all > c:\services.txt
suivi d'entrée.

Ceci va te créer un fichier services.txt à la racine de C:. Ouvre ce fichier et copie son contenu ici.

1. Démarrer / Exécuter
2. Dans la zone ouvrir tape cmd
3. Fais entrée

==> une fenêtre noire permettant la saisie va s'ouvrir. On appelle parfois cette fenêtre une fenêtre DOS.

Une fois la fenêtre ouverte, tu tapes cette ligne

sc query state= all > c:\services.txt

et tu fais entrée.

Tu peux ouvrir le fichier créé en le cherchant avec l'explorateur Windows (poste de travail, disque local C:). Un double clic dessus va l'ouvrir dans l'application associée par défaut aux fichiers texte (le bloc-notes dans la plupart des cas). Mais comme tu es déjà dans la fenêtre DOS, tu peux faire plus vite en tapant

notepad c:\services.txt

suivi d'entrée. Le bloc-notes s'ouvre avec le contenu du fichier créé par la commande précédente. Tu peux faire un copier coller ici (tout comme avec un rapport hijackthis).

"Comment il faut saisir avec la touche le signe plus grand que ?" <== pour saisir un ">", tu utilises la touche SHIFT (la flèche vers le haut) et appuies en même temps sur la touches "<".

(le fichier sera créé dans Mes Documents, là où tu as accès )

Il s'agit des services sur ton PC: pour pouvoir aider, il faudrait que je sache quels sont ces services et quel est leur état. Du coup, fais tout comme tu as fait avec les rapports hijackthis: copie le contenu à partir du bloc-notes et poste-le ici.

J'ai encore deux questions:
1. - quelle est la version de ton Vista (Home, Premium, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate)
2. - quel est le modèle exact de ta carte graphique (pour savoir ceci: va dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, double-clique sur la ligne cartes graphiques et consulte ce qui est marqué. Exemple NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT)

je maitrise très mal l'anglais. Ne cherche pas plus loin c'est l'anti-virus qui bouffe les ressources de l'ordinateur,car je l'ai désactivé et les logiciels se lançaient plus rapidement, quand je l'ai réactivé, les logiciels étaient très longs à se lancer, j'envisage de changer d'anti-virus
