Hello! I also received a missed call from 0021652354705 at 4 a.m. and I know where it comes from. What's strange is that they left a message that I can't understand what they mean. If you know the origin of this number, could you let me know? Thank you all.

Look here, you will have all the dialing codes!

HADOPI: "A huge expensive spam machine, paid for by the taxpayer."

The country code +212 belongs to Morocco.

Hi, well today 9 missed calls from: 00 216 99234057

It's a Tunisian who doesn't speak a word of French, I called him back, well don't bother with that, in my opinion they just discovered the phone. lol

By the way, the code 213 is for Algeria and not Italy. (see link below)

I received the same call on my landline from 00213 792 465 853. France Telecom tells me it's coming from Italy???? And that there's nothing we can do to stop it!!!! What should I do??
Thanks
Riri

Tunisia? Well... I haven't received a call since then... because the message I left here is from last year... And I don't know anyone in Tunisia, I've never even been there... But what I do know is that this person bothered me for days and days!!

Maybe, but I don't know anyone who is abroad!!

it's a person who is abroad!!
it's the country calling code!

a good piece of advice, check if you have a phone number in your contacts that ends like this one!!
