      Sí, estoy contento de que reaccione, pero la casilla "denegar acceso" está marcada por defecto... ¿dejo así y hago clic en OK o cambio de opción (eliminar, quitar, cuarentena, ignorar)? Además, hice clic en el enlace JS\director.A y en el sitio de antivirus no está (re)conocido. Después de eso haré la limpieza del sistema y pondré el tema como resuelto.

        Dáte la opción de poder eliminar.
        A menos que conozcas el archivo que se muestra durante las alertas, te aconsejaría que nunca abras este tipo de cosas.

      ¡Alerta! Después de haber publicado este mensaje, fui a internet y mi antivirus me alertó que se encontró un virus:

      Debajo está marcado:
      "contiene patrón de detección del virus Java script

      ¿Qué debo hacer? ¿Ponerlo en cuarentena, eliminarlo...?

        Es necesario que se marquen los archivos temporales.

        Es Antivir el que está reaccionando. ¿Buen signo, no?
        Puedes confiar en que si tu antivirus detecta una intrusión y la bloquea.

      Pour précision, il me reste des programmes sur le bureau (malwarebytes, sreng2) avec les dossiers et fichiers associés, de même que le fameux fix.reg. Que fais-je de tout cela ?
      Et dans mes programmes apparaît toujours l'antivirus XP08, dois-je le supprimer via le panneau de config ?

        Para los programas:
        - MalwareBytes: mantenlo, has visto que es interesante tener esta herramienta.
        - Sreng: elimina
        - Hijackthis: puedes eliminarlo. No te será de gran utilidad.
        - Fix.reg: innecesario, elimina

        Para antivirusXP08, como te decía, descarga TunesUp.
        Es utilizable gratis durante 30 días. Después lo desinstalarás.
        Es una muy buena herramienta para optimizar tu PC.

        Última cosa. Antes de eliminar Hijackthis (a través de Agregar/eliminar programas), vas a quitar las siguientes líneas (son procesos que se inician al arranque de windows y que son innecesarios. te consumen memoria RAM)

        cierra tu navegador.
        Lanza Hijackthis y elige "Do a system scan only".
        Selecciona las siguientes líneas:

      Lo siento, una vez más fui demasiado rápido... no puedo reiniciar el PC, esto es lo que muestra la última ventana de instalación: "El asistente fue interrumpido antes de que Sunbelt (...) pudiera ser completamente instalado.
      Su sistema no ha sido modificado. Para completar la instalación en otro momento, por favor ejecute la configuración nuevamente.
      haga clic en finalizar para salir (...).
      Así que haré clic y volveré a comenzar la instalación!"

Comencé la instalación de Sunbelt Personal Firewall, todo se desarrolló normalmente, pero antes de la última ventana que me pide reiniciar el PC para finalizar la instalación, recibí un mensaje de error "error interno...". Hice clic en "ok" (sin otra opción) y ahora puedo reiniciar mi PC. Dicho esto, ¿se habría realizado correctamente la instalación?

      Aquí está la solución para desactivar la protección residente:

      menú de inicio --> Programas --> Avast

      Abres Avast (no debería ser el skin sino la interfaz normal)

      Configuraciones --> Protección residente

      pon en desactivar

          @nicoPour désinstaller Avast sans accéder à l'icône, suivez ces étapes :

          1. Ouvrez le Panneau de configuration.
          2. Allez dans "Programmes" puis "Programmes et fonctionnalités".
          3. Recherchez "Avast" dans la liste des programmes installés.
          4. Sélectionnez Avast, puis cliquez sur "Désinstaller".
          5. Suivez les instructions à l'écran pour compléter la désinstallation.

          Si Netflix s'installe toujours, il peut être nécessaire de démarrer en mode sans échec et de désinstaller Avast à partir de là.

          Problema para la instalación del antivirus... He descargado el archivo, lo he extraído en una carpeta pero los archivos presentes no son ejecutables ni tienen Setup. Hay 2 archivos que podrían, creo, realizar la instalación "install", pero que solo son de tipo "archivo" de 60 ko y ".installrc", en "archivo installrc" que pesa 1 ko. Las licencias están en .DE, no puedo leerlas. Sin embargo, hay otros directorios como "bin", "contrib", "gui", "script" o "vdf", ¿debo buscar dentro de ellos para encontrar un archivo ejecutable?

        Lo siento por el tiempo de respuesta, pero he tenido algunos problemas de visualización en la página del foro. Entonces, sí, aparece bien en el agregar/eliminar programas. No recuerdo si lo usé o no, no creo porque debería pedirme adquirir una licencia, cosa que no hice. Pero es cierto que se instaló solo y apareció un poco después de la infección encontrada...

          En la parte de Windows, haz clic en verificar ahora.
          Se abrirá otra ventana. Sigue las instrucciones.

          4) Vamos a eliminar los softwares que se han utilizado..
          Descarga ToolsCleaner en el escritorio
          http://perso.orange.fr/AceRothstein/ToolsCleaner2.exe
          Haz doble clic en ToolsCleaner2.exe --> Buscar --> Supresión.
          Es posible que tu escritorio desaparezca.

          Si la pantalla no vuelve a aparecer, presiona las teclas Ctrl + Alt + Supr. Esto abrirá el administrador de tareas.
          En la pestaña Procesos, haz clic en el menú Archivo, luego Ejecutar y escribe Explorer. Valida.

          5) Vas a recrear un punto de restauración limpio.

          Para recrear un punto de restauración:
          Inicio --> Programas --> Accesorios --> Herramientas del sistema --> Restauración del sistema

          Elige "Crear un punto de restauración". Sigue las instrucciones.

          Después de estas diferentes manipulaciones, envíame un informe de Hijackthis y hacemos un seguimiento.

        Además, desde la aparición del virus tengo una pantalla azul como fondo de pantalla, quería volver a poner mi antiguo fondo y el nombre de la pantalla azul me intrigó... se trata del mismo nombre que el primer archivo encontrado por Avast: un archivo de imagen llamado "phc3rnj0ecfn". Supongo que es normal, pero ¿puedo volver a poner mi fondo de pantalla habitual? ¿Es un "residuo" inofensivo?

          Sí, es inofensivo, limpiado.

          Para antivirXP08, acabo de verificar. Es una entrada vacía en añadir/eliminar programas.
          Un software como TunesUp limpia este tipo de entrada.

          Mientras reviso los 2 informes, ¿puedes reiniciar MalwareBytes (por precaución)?

          Te recuerdo el procedimiento:

          Ya has descargado el software y está instalado.

          Reinicia el ordenador en modo seguro (presiona la tecla F8 después del reinicio).
          Elige tu cuenta de usuario.

          Para iniciar MalwareBytes, haz doble clic en el acceso directo del escritorio.

          En la pestaña de búsqueda, selecciona Ejecutar un análisis completo.
          Haz clic en buscar. Solo selecciona los discos duros del ordenador.
          Haz clic en iniciar el análisis.

          Al final de la búsqueda, como se solicita, haz clic en mostrar los resultados de la búsqueda.
          Entonces elige Eliminar la selección para limpiar las infecciones.
          Publica el informe en tu próximo mensaje.
          Si no lo encuentras, abre MalwareBytes y mira en la pestaña Informes/logs. Ahí está. Haz clic en él y elige abrir.

          @nicoBien, las infecciones encontradas no eran (respaldar o poner en cuarentena con ComboFix).

          Te daré instrucciones para limpiar la PC después.

          Una palabra sobre dos programas que se instalaron en tu ordenador:
          - AntivirXP08 debería ser eliminado por Malwarebytes.
          - Malware Protector por ComboFix (ya está hecho).
          Son rogues (falsos antispywares).
          Es innecesario y arriesgado instalar otra protección que no sea la que vamos a implementar.

          Hay muchos sitios falsos de este tipo de productos.
          Hay que tener cuidado.

          Una última cosa antes de la limpieza:

          Haz doble clic en OTMoveIt.exe para iniciarlo.
          Copia la lista que se encuentra en la cita a continuación y pégala en el cuadro de la izquierda de OTMoveIt bajo "Paste List of Files/Folders to move".

          C:\DOCUME~1\Nicolas\LOCALS~1\Temp\pnicml.sys

          Haz clic en MoveIt! para iniciar la eliminación.
          El resultado aparecerá en el cuadro "Resultados".

        Vamos a usar dos herramientas para hacer un chequeo de tu PC.

        1) Descarga DiagHelp en tu escritorio
        http://www.malekal.com/download/DiagHelp.zip

        Haz clic derecho en el archivo y extrae todo
        - Se creará una carpeta DiagHelp
        - Ábrela y haz doble clic en go.cmd
        - elige la opción 1
        - El análisis comenzará, esto puede tardar unos minutos, sigue las instrucciones.
        Importante: después del informe catchme, se te pedirá que presiones una tecla para continuar con el escaneo.
        Sigue las instrucciones. Aparecerá un informe. Este último se encuentra en C:\resultat.txt
        Copia/pega el contenido del informe en el próximo mensaje.

        2) Descarga Sreng (System Repair Engineer)
        http://www.kztechs.com/eng/download.html

        Extrae todo su contenido en tu escritorio
        En la carpeta creada, Sreng2, haz doble clic en SREnLdr.exe.
        Haz clic en Smart Scan y en Scan

        Cuando se complete, haz clic en el botón Save Reports
        Guarda el informe en tu escritorio
        Copia/pega el contenido de SREnglLOG.log en tu próxima respuesta, por favor.

              Tú tienes que aceptar o no cuando tienes este tipo de mensajes.

              @verni29Entiendo perfectamente la carga de trabajo que esto representa... personalmente estaré disponible cuando les parezca bien, así que si debe ser mañana por la noche, será mañana por la noche ^^
              una última pregunta sobre combofix: ¿por qué no ha terminado el trabajo? ¿tiene alguna última acción que deba realizar o apago el pc y no lo toco más hasta nuevo aviso?
