Problème Firefox et IE
Bonjour,
Ca fait quelques jours que mes explorateurs internet ( Firefox et IE ) "plantent" après quelques pages visitées.
Par exemple au bout d'un moment sur Firefox, la page à charger reste blanche en chargement et on peut attendre autant qu'on voudra la page ne se chargera pas. Si j'essaie sous IE après que Firefox ait planté, même chose.
Quel que soit l'ordre dans lequel je le fais, ça finit toujours par planter et je suis obligé de redémarrer pour pouvoir utiliser internet.
On m'a conseillé de faire un scan avec Hijack, ce que j'ai fait. Voici le rapport :

et tu a toujours des traces de norton dans ton systeme , norton a mal ete desinstalle

Bon, j'ai fait tout ce que tu avais dit. Il y avait effectivement quelques malwares qui trainaient.
Cependant le problème ne semble pas résolu. Je n'ai pas réactivé la restau système pour l'instant.

fais une desinfection complete de ton PC , je te met le tuto a suivre :
telecharge AVG anti-spyware : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 218 avg anti spyware
telecharge spybot search and destroy : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 122 spybot
installe les et met les a jours ,desactive la restau systeme , redemmare ton pc en mode_sans_echec (pas celle avec prise en charge reseau)
lance AVG anti-spy
= Dans ANALYSE
==> Paramètres ==> sous COMMENT REAGIR==>Actions recommandées ==>Quarantaine
==> Clic : Analyse complète du système
En fin de scan ( qui est assez long)
==> Clic Appliquer toutes les actions <== ceci Très important
lance "spybot"
clique sur "search et destroy" , "verifier tout"
a la fin du scan , clique sur "corriger les problemes" , si des probs ont etes trouves
par la meme occasion , fais un scan anti-virus de ton PC , avec ton anti-virus , et ce ,pendant que tu est en mode_sans_echec (tu auras mis ton anti-virus a jours avant de redemmarer en mode_sans_echec )
redemmare ton pc en normal , telecharge "hijackthis",installe le , choisis "faire un scan et sauvegarder le log",et colle ton raport dans ta reponse
tu recreeras un point de restau une fois ton pc desinfecte

pour desactiver la restauration systeme,il faut : panneau de configuration , systeme , restauration systeme , cocher "desactiver la restauration systeme sur tout les lecteurs" ,
apres avoir desinfecter le pc , il faudras juste reactiver la restauration sur le lecteur ou est installer windows (le systeme d'exploitation) (C:) par defaut,et dans les parametres , mettre 5% -
Hijack ne supprime pas les lignes d'infection en question... Le dossier est par contre supprimé.
Je ne trouve pas les clés que tu cite.
Après plusieurs scan CCleaner, pas de différence notable, le problème persiste. -

sinon , regarde dans "l'observateur d'evenements" de winxp pour voir tes erreurs
sinon , quand ca t'arrive , a tu l'icone "connextion limitee ou inexistante" qui apparais dans la bare de taches ? -
Il ne reste pas une trace de Norton sur le PC et pourtant le problème perdure ...

le 1er lien explique comment desinstaller norton , le 2eme te ramene a l'outil de desinstallation de norton sur le site de l'editeur -
Je ne pense pas que ça soit la connection, même quand torrent ne tourne pas ça finit par ne plus charger les pages.
J'ai viré un dossier qui restait de norton manuellement puisque il n'était plus nulle part dans les programmes par contre j'ai toujours un message au démarrage, mais qui me dit que je ne sais quel point exe ne marche pas.
J'ai cherché sur le site de Norton et j'ai pas trouvé le truc dont tu parlais pour le désinstaller. -
c'est peut etre ta connection qui sature , ca te le fais que quand tu surf et que tu telecharge sur torrent en meme temps ?
car moi , quand je fais les deux , des fois je perds ma connection , et toi en plus , tu a tes deux anti-virus qui doivent scanner ce qui rentre dans le PC et surveiller la connection , et comme tu a mal desinstalle norton , ton prob viens peut etre de la
desinstalle correctement norton , et dis moi si ca te le fais encore
PS : pour desinstaller norton correctement ( car il est tres chiant a desinstaller ) , tu a un programe special pour a trouver sur le site de norton -
OK pour norton jvais voir ce que je vais pouvoir faire.
Mais jvoulais ajouter qu'en plus d'avoir IE et Firefox qui plantent, torrent plante aussi (pas forcément au même moment) systématiquement, et le PC est très long à s'éteindre.

tu a du mal desinstalle norton , car ses processus tournent toujours sur ton PC et te prennent beaucoup de ressources

J'ai supprimé le fichier en question et fixé les deux lignes qui lui étaient liées par contre je ne trouve pas les deux autres que tu as cité.
Pour les antivirus, avast j'en vois qu'un seul après jvais effectivement regarder ça de plus près. Pour Norton, tout est désinstallé mais je sais absolument pas ce qui tourne encore parce qu'effectivement l'icone est toujours là et il me laisse un message au démarrage. -
excuse je reviens , mais tu a combien d'anti-virus ? ( ca vas , il rame pas trop ton PC avec tout ces anti-virus qui tournent et scane en meme temps ?)

Hmmm, m y connais pas sur vista, cependant, commence deja par virer ces deux lignes :

Pour se faire, tu lances le scan hijackthis, tu coches les deux cases correspondants a ces deux lignes, et tu "fix".
Reboote, et voit ce que ca donne, si le problème persiste, c est bien entendu que le probleme est ailleurs, dans ce cas, renvoie un post, et si ca regle ton problème, merci de bien vouloir coché problème resolu.
