Flashlight

Be more talkative; what's not working? The flash; which flashlight app?
What version on your phone? Since always, since an update, since a new app installation?
Waiting to hear from you...

No, it doesn't work.

Hello,
Does the flash work when taking photos?
The flashlight uses the flash; it consumes quite a bit of energy; the battery must be well charged. Or it could be a fault with the app. Test with another flashlight app.
If nothing still works, see a technician or warranty.

Hello,

The problem is likely with the "bulb." The only way for me to resolve the issue is to go have a diagnostic done at a repair shop.

Have a nice day.

Hello,

From a distance, it's impossible to establish a diagnosis of this nature. It's possible that the lamp is faulty and in that case, the phone needs to be checked by a professional who will test it by directly powering the lamp.
