Ecran blue
Salut ,j'ai un probleme sur mon pc , quand je l'allume et j'ouvre un operateur il bloquer avec un ecran blue et un message , aidez moi svp

portable ou fixe le pc ?
Tentez une restauration système...........
Sinon,
ouvrez cmd puis --> CHDSK/R
et sfc/scannow
Sinon, cela peut être aussi un pb de Ram....... à voir après.

J'ouvre par exemple mozilla ,apres il s'affiche un ecran blue avec un long msg , voila : a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
