BRIDGE BASE ONLINE disconnect

Hello, since I changed my laptop (HP Pavilion replacing Compaq), the connection drops when I play with Bridge Base Online... for those who know BBO.
I play online via Wi-Fi with the same Livebox as when I was using the Compaq, but the new computer running Vista disconnects me with "connection lost" in the middle of a game without returning me to the correct table.
If anyone has encountered this problem, they can give me advice.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Could you please check if your modem and router are properly connected and powered on? If everything seems fine, you might want to restart them. If the problem persists, contacting your internet service provider would be a good next step.
