Hello, I was on DartyBox and my messages, through Windows Mail, had the address dbmail.com. Due to issues, I uninstalled all DartyBox and switched to Orange. I couldn't transfer my address book from Windows Mail to Orange, all my messages bore the dbmail.com address and were rejected, the POP did not recognize dbmail.com.
I had to recreate my contacts one by one on Orange.
I still want to reuse my contacts with Windows Mail. How can I delete the dbmail.com address?
I can't do it. If anyone can help me, thank you.

Hello
I chose Darty based on various articles praising the quality of their service.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
ABOVE ALL, DO NOT GO TO DARTY!
- these people do not respect either the Darty quality charter, nor their own commitments, and certainly not the wronged customer.
- Don't expect the slightest positive response when problems arise.
- The messaging disconnects randomly, the management of contacts is pathetic.
- The package (one of the most expensive on the market) is downright theft, considering the lack of services provided.-
I fully agree with you. The email box sometimes shuts down every 5 minutes for maintenance, supposedly for a short duration, and you reconnect and poof! 3 minutes later it happens again and everything needs to be redone. Moreover, sending emails can sometimes be problematic; it fails, and we don’t know why. Not to mention that it can also be impossible to log in or even save an email that has failed to send.. All of this just goes to show that it's not paradise with the Darty box!!!
