Delete an account in ANAPEC

Please, I created an account on ANAPEC.org with my ID number without knowing the password for this account, and when I tried to recreate it again, they told me that this account already exists since it is identified by the ID number. Therefore, I would like to delete it, and thank you in advance for your help.
