Bonjour,
J'ai un portable avec fujitsu siemens amilo 2727 avec vista EDITION FAMMILIALE PRENIUM .regulierement l'ordi s'arrete et un ecran bleu apparait avec ecrit en anglais en gros que l'ordi c'est arreter pour proteger mon systeme.quand je redemarre windows me dit que l'erreur est du a la cle wifi de la dartybox et me donne des solution mais en anglais.j'avais deja eu ce probleme mais ca c'etait corrige tout seul.mais j'ai remis la configuration d'usine et ca a recommence pourtant j'ai remis toutes les mises a jours.
un coup de main serait bienvenue

un problème se corrige jamais seul ^^
il te suffit de mettre à jour les pilotes de ta clé wifi, je pense que ça vient de là

J'ai essaye de telecharger une mise a jour a partir du gestionnaire de peripherique mais windows me dit qu'il est a jour mais de toute facon j'ai les mise a jour automatique pour la dartybox et de windows update
j'ai essaye "diagnostic reseau" dans "centre reseau et partage" mais aucun probleme n'est detecte
je met la solution donne par vista si quelqu'un comprend l'anglais c'est long mais bon

Check for updated wireless networking drivers

Some wireless networking drivers might be listed as optional hardware updates in Windows Update. To check for and install optional hardware updates, follow these steps:

Go online to Windows Update:

Click the Check for Updates link in the left pane, and then click View available updates.

What if I don't see any available updates?

If you see the You receive updates: Managed by your system administrator message you can try clicking the link to Check online for updates from Microsoft Update or Check online for updates from Windows Update but you might need to contact your system administrator to obtain the desired updates.

If you don't see the message above and no updates are available in Windows Update after clicking the Check for Updates link in the left pane, then the available updates have already been installed.

Select driver updates for your device and any other updates you want to install.

Note
We recommend that you install all Important and Recommended updates. These updates improve your computer's security and stability.

Click Install. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Note
If no wireless networking updates are found, go online to your wireless hardware manufacturer's website to look for driver updates. If there are none, we recommend contacting your computer manufacturer directly for additional support. Let them know that your wireless networking components generated an error and ask if product updates are available.

Run Diagnose and Repair

The Diagnose and Repair feature in this version of Windows can help identify and fix network connection problems. To run Diagnose and Repair:

Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type network.
In the list of search results, double-click Network and Sharing Center.
In the Network and Sharing Center, under Tasks, click Diagnose and Repair.
Wait for Windows Network Diagnostics to identify the problem.
If a problem is found, take the recommended action.
Rerun Diagnose and Repair to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
Collect information about your computer and search Windows Vista Communities for a solution

To continue troubleshooting this problem, you will need to collect more information about your computer and use it to find more information online.
Find the device name and driver name for your wireless network hardware and print out your system information

Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type msinfo32.exe.
In the list of search results, click msinfo32.exe.
In the left pane, double-click Components, double-click Network, and then click Adapter. Search for any adapter that references "wireless," and then, for each one found, write down its name, adapter type, product type, and driver (typically, the driver will be a file with a file name extension of .sys and a name such as Portcls.sys).
In the left pane, click System Summary.
Click File, click Print, select a printer, and then click Print.

If you do not have a printer and you want to copy the system information, click Edit, click Select All, press CTRL+C, open a program in which to paste the information (such as WordPad), and then press CTRL+V.
Use Event Viewer to find specific information about this problem

Event Viewer is an advanced tool that displays detailed information about significant events on your computer. It can be helpful when troubleshooting problems and errors with Windows and other programs.

In the left pane, double-click Windows Logs, and then click Application.

In the Actions pane on the right side of the window, click Find.

In the Find dialog box, type bluescreen, and then click Find Next. When a blue screen event is located, close the Find dialog box.

In the Actions pane, click Event Properties.

Click the General tab, and then locate and write down the Fault bucket. An example fault bucket is 0xD1_W_portcls!CPortWavePci::Notify+12.

Use the Windows Vista Communities to troubleshoot this problem

Go online to the Windows Vista Discussions in Hardware and Devices Community.
In the Search For box, type the fault bucket name, and then click Go. This will give you a list of the posts that include this fault bucket. From the results, you might be able to determine if anyone else is also experiencing this problem. If you don't get any results, try searching for the driver name or the sound card name. If you get too many results, you can add other keywords to your search, such as your system information.

If you don't find a solution to your problem in the Windows Vista Communities, you can go online to search the Internet for the fault bucket name or the driver name. If you find troubleshooting steps for your problem, we do not recommend following them unless they are for your specific brand and model of computer.
Use Shut Down instead of Hibernate

Some mobile computers are known to have wireless networking problems when hibernation is used. Try shutting down and restarting your computer without using the Hibernate feature:
Click the Start button .
Next to the Lock button , click the right-arrow button , and then click Shut Down.
Restart your computer.
Disable Auto-Tuning

Receive Window Auto-Tuning is a feature in this version of Windows that improves networking performance when you are using newer networking hardware, but the feature might cause problems with older networking hardware. Disabling Auto-Tuning might solve your problem.

To disable Auto-Tuning:

Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type cmd.
Press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to run the program as an administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
At the command prompt, type netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable, and then press Enter.
When the process has finished, restart your computer. If this procedure does not solve the problem, you can turn Auto-Tuning back on by repeating steps a and b of this procedure, typing netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal, and then pressing Enter.
Disable your wireless network adapter

If you are unable to troubleshoot this problem, or if the error continues, you can disable your wireless network adapter. Once the adapter is disabled, you will not have wireless networking capabilities on your computer, but the error should stop occurring. Note that this action should not affect any standard (hard-wired) network adapters on your computer, which can be used as an alternative to a wireless connection.

To disable your wireless network adapter, follow these steps:

Click to open Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Double-click Network adapters. The name of your wireless network adapter will be listed here. Note that there might be more than one network adapter listed. If this is the case, write down all network adapter names, because you might need them when you contact your computer manufacturer.
Right-click the wireless network adapter that is causing the problem, and then click Disable. When the confirmation dialog appears, click Yes. You might need to repeat this step for each wireless network adapter listed under Network adapters.
After disabling your wireless network adapter, we recommend contacting your computer manufacturer for support.

How do I find my computer manufacturer (OEM)?

Click the Start button , type msinfo32 in the Search box, and then press ENTER. Your computer OEM is listed as the System Manufacturer in the right pane of the System Information window.
