Hello, I have configured my live box (Inventel), TCP and UDP ports, the live box firewall as well,
deleted the Windows firewall, disabled my antivirus, and finally assigned a fixed IP to my computer! I think I have done everything necessary for my mule to work properly! In fact, I uninstalled Vista and updated my live box and since then my mule is on low ID, I’m really upset, it used to work perfectly before! I must mention that since then, or because of that, my IP address has changed. If anyone has a solution to my problem, thank you!

Hello
I don't know about the low ID, but you should install a real firewall
and your antivirus because you risk a lot without these protections.
What port did you set
Keep me posted

I set the default ports which are in preferences [connection] TCP40500 UDP25872 otherwise I have Kaspersky but I had disabled it just to see if it was causing the issue, but as I said, everything was working very well before my IP address changed, thank you.
Hello,
sometimes running the mule as an administrator solves the problems! I did say sometimes!
Have a good evening,

I double-checked everything, it's all good thanks to you w.a.n.d.e, but I still don't have the solution and it's driving me crazy!
Hello w.a.n.d.e, since yesterday I haven't touched any configurations but I no longer have the 2 yellow arrows; the one at the top is green and the other is yellow, so it's not too bad. But with 10 or 15 sources on a file, I’m getting 40Ko/s, while with 3 sources I’m down to 25Ko/s, so you see, I don’t understand anything!
The solution to prevent this from happening again: fix your local IP http://www.bullteam.net/tutos/fixer-lip-locale-du-pc.html if you open ports in the router for a non-existent IP, it is normal that you are in lowId. It's like sending mail to a wrong address.
Additionally, I recommend configuring eMule according to your bandwidth as well http://www.bullteam.net/tutos/r-gler-les-param-tres-demule-ou-damule-par-rapport-votre-d-bit.html
finally, choose files with a lot of sources ;)

Thank you for answering me, but I assigned a local IP to my PC, I also configured the connections with the transmission speeds, etc. I really followed to the letter what was needed for the firewall, the router, the IP address, everything I think! But before my IP address changed, everything was working perfectly, so I reconfigured everything because it changed; well, it might be a bit confusing as an explanation; and so I haven't touched anything and since this morning instead of having the two yellow arrows, I have one green arrow on top and the other still yellow, I don't understand anything! Yet I checked on eMule inside and elsewhere, I couldn't find an explanation!
When you open the ports on your router, you do it for a specific IP address. If that address changes (and if it's not fixed, it always ends up changing), it's as if you didn't do anything.
Here, clearly your ports are open again for the correct address, which explains why you have a green arrow for ed2k. The second one, the kad, is yellow, often because we share too many files. Don't keep more than 10 to 15 files shared, and your mule will gallop away ;)

Thank you for responding, but I did assign a fixed IP to my computer, although it’s true that it changed recently and since then it’s been a mess. On the other hand, you see, in incoming I have 3 shared files since I uninstalled everything and moved it to an external hard drive, but now I have the yellow arrows again, so I think you’re not entirely wrong. But how do you explain that assigning a fixed IP to my computer still doesn’t work? And now for Kadmelia, it indicates that it is behind a firewall while I have allowed the ports and programs of eMule in the Windows firewall as well as in Kaspersky, and I have opened the ports in the live box and the firewall of the live box! Honestly, it’s frustrating. If someone could advise me again, thank you.
I finally found the solution like a pro, I went to PREFERENCE and then to EXTENDED PROPERTIES, then uPnP: I checked "ignore WAN IP settings", I did the same for "WAN PPP" and the same for "delete uPnP port mappings upon closure". In any case, it’s working really well now! For how long, I don't know, but I'm proud of myself, I’m patting myself on the back a bit because I struggled so much to find a solution! Anyway, there it is, if it can help someone in the future! by
