By holding down the [alt] key, type 168 and then release everything (¿)
Same for the inverted exclamation mark, type [alt]+173 (¡)
You also have [alt]+164 (ñ); [alt]+165 (Ñ) and even [alt]+258 (☻).

Hello, elpoeta.  Of course, it works! Did you doubt it? The best part is that you can use these key combinations in any software, including Notepad (files *.txt) and here, in the CCM messages...
