What software to open a .DDD file?

I'm looking for a free software or a trial version to read .DDD file types, which is a file extension for digital tachographs.

    Hello. For a .DDD file, the recommended software is Acrobat Distiller which you can find on www.adobe.com

    PS/I don't know this software and I'm not sure if it's freeware, shareware, or paid
