Hello,
my computer initially didn't recognize the mouse on startup. I had to restart it several times before it would recognize the mouse. Now, when I turn it on, I get this message: invalid configuration information - run setup program, and even when I click F2 to enter the setup, it's the same thing. I've had to<gras> change the battery more than 5 times thinking it was the issue, but nothing works. Please help me.

Good evening
if you can enter the BIOS press delete del f10 or another key depending on the case
it usually shows up during the PC startup
try resetting it to default
look for load default BIOS or default settings sometimes it's f6 or f7
save before exiting
or choose to exit and save changes
confirm with y or n
