Ecran blue URGENT
Bonjour,
voila je suis sous vista et j'ai reguliérement des ecrans blues qui surviennent brusquement je viens d'en avoir un l'ordinateur a redemaré j'ai choisis demarrer normalement puis un message s'est afficher : windows a recupéré d'un arret non planifié en dessous il y avait l'option rechercher une solution au probléme j'ai cliquer et voila ce que j'ai eu(désolée mais il n'existe que la version anglaise):

bsr, comme tu dois le savoir c'est un probleme de ton antivirus, donc tu dois faire la mise a jour automatique de celui-ci et d'aller le leur site pour savoir comment faire ...

@finalettebizarre, bizarre, tu sais supprimer un fichier ?? regarde dans ^le panneau de configuration programmes et fonctionnalité et regarde si tu as kaspersky

@evmazuj'ai regarde et aucun Kaspersky Anti-Virus a l'horizon tu n'as pas une idée ou meme quelqu'un dautre personne n'a jamais eu ce message un jour ?
