Bonjour,
J'ai mon ordinateur qui est plus que lent et c'est lassant a la longue en parcourant le forum je suis aller sur hijackth.is et voila le résultat .Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider s'il vous plait .Merci de vos réponses

Salut alors désinstalle tous tes logiciel de sécurité. Et installe AntiVir,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,Ccleaner et active le pare-feu XP.

euh … en dessus, il y a l'adresse d'un scan en ligne. Tu sais vraiment lire ??

Et "mes" points, je n'en ai rien à cirer de "mes" points ! Les bons points, j'ai passé l'age.

J'ai désactivé orange mais c'est beaucoup trop long pour installer ce que tu m'as dit 30 min chacun pfff c'est pas la peine je te remercie quand meme

ok bon je suis pas trés douée; pour désinstaller mes logiciels de sécurité je vais dans panneau de config car si c'est le cas il n'apparaissent pas a part celui d'orange

ben j'ai que orange mais dans la liste de hijackthis il y a l'air d'en avoir plusieurs lol je t'ai dis que je suis pas douée désolée

Tu fais un scan en mode sans échec avec AntiVir. Tu lances le scan et si il détecte un virus (normalement oui) tu cliques sur "delete" et "apply sélection to all following détections. (pour qu'il le supprimes automatiquement). A la fin du scan tu cliques sur "report" tu redémarre en mode normal puis tu me postes le rapport.

Mode sans Echec:

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

PS: JE TE CONSEILLE D'ENREGISTRER CE MESSAGE DANS TON BUREAU OU CAS OU.

j'ai fais l'analyse antivirus avec antivir et je n'ai aucun virus tout va bien de ce coté la et je comprends pas pourquoi il va plus vite alors que je n'ai rien fais de spécial juste déchargé mon av d'orange

1) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

2) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*Puis vs dans l'onglet "Recherche" puis coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
*A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
*Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
*S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

*--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.
