Call a special number to Portugal

Hello,
I want to call a customer service in Portugal while I am in France (TV Cabo to be precise) but when I call, I dial 00351 and the customer service number, and a woman tells me (in Portuguese) that I am indeed on the TV Cabo line but I need to call a free number in Portugal, she gives the number and then hangs up.
I dial the number with 00351 in front and France Telecom tells me that the number is incorrect or not accessible.
Can someone help me, thanks
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

you need to call from a landline phone and without total unbundling
that is to say France Telecom with a subscription
or a mobile phone but not with all operators or all plans I know that it works with SFR

If 00351 is the prefix, is there a zero for the number you have?
In that case, you simply shouldn't put the zero.
Otherwise, check again, maybe the lines are locked on Sundays...

I have been trying for several days now.
I tested without the 00351 yesterday
and the number is 800 ... ... (there are 9 digits, which is normal in Portugal) But it shouldn't normally start with 800!
