Bonjour,
Depuis quelques semaines, j'ai un problème avec Windows Defendersur Vista. Il bloque un programme (InstallHelper.exe.) Je ne sais pas c'est quoi ce programme et suis incapable de l'effacer. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour l'enlever du démarrage.

oui il est déplacé, ta juste à redemarrer et tu pourra effacer ;)

oui, tu la met sur le site que je t'ai donné et tu le fait analyser ensuite tu fait un copier coller des résultat ;)

dit escuse moi je recherche une personne qui pourrait m aidé stp j ai un probléme avec windows defender il me marque recherche de nouvelle recherche je ne c pas quoi faire j arrive pas a faire partir sa sa me prend la téte dit moi si tu peut me rendre service merci a toi

et la valeur au démarrage est :

Télécharge
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
sur ton Bureau et lance le.

Assure toi que la case "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's" soit bien cochée.

Copie et colle les ligne ci-dessous dans l'encadré bleue de OTMoveIt nommé Paste Standard List of Files/Folders to move.

c:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Local\Temp\InstallHelper.exe

Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
Si OTMoveIt propose de redémarrer ton PC, accepte !
Lorsque un résultat apparaît dans le cadre Results, clique sur Exit.

Dans ta future réponse, envoie le rapport de OTMoveIt situé sur C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles

J'ai redémarré et tout semble réglé. Je suis bien content. Merci de ton aide...C'était la première fois que j'utilisais ce forrum. Je vais revenir ! En passant, tout le monde semble vérifier leurs rapport "HIJACKTHIS" c'est quoi au juste si tu as le temps...

oulla je fatigue pas mal, je peux te dire le debut mais la je vais au lit on continuera demain ;)

le principe:
il fait un rapport sur tous ce qui se lance et est en cours d'execution sur ta machine.
Sa aide pour la désinfection.

Pour le faire :

tu le télécharges, tu le lances et tu cliquera sur le premier bouton en haut "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
tu colleras le fichier texte ici ;).

non, je t'ai dit tout à l'heure que c'ete les paramètre de lancement et tout sur le pc
on n'avait juste déplacé le fichier

coche ses cases et puis fait fix checked :

télécharge RHost de S!ri http://siri.urz.free.fr/Softs/RHosts.exe

Double clique sur RHost.exe et clique restaurer (tu verra rien ce passer mais c'est normal lol)

Voila

je te conseil de faire quand même un scan en ligne, si tu veux le faire c'est ici :


(coche toutes les cases à chaque fois) :
https://www.eset.com/

à la fin colle le rapport : C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Je suis rendu à l'étape du RHost et il ne veut pas s'éxécuter avec Windows Vista !

tu n'est pas en administrateur sur ton pc?

ou tu as lu le tutoriel que je t'es mi aussi ? avec le lien du scan
