Barre des tâches sous Vista

Bonjour,

Ce matin même, j'ai eu la très désagréable surprise de voir que ma barre des tâches ne répondait plus (même avec le clic droit de la souris), tout comme la partie à gauche de l'horloge, les icônes de lancement rapide de programme ainsi que le bouton Démarrer. Que puis-je faire pour remédier à cela (en sachant que l'option du redémarrage du système a déjà été tentée) ?

Note: En arrêtant puis en en redémarrant "explorer.exe", tout remarche jusqu'au prochain bug.

Suite à mon problème de barre de tâche de ce matin, j'ai entrepris plusieurs vérifications et autre:

- Mise à jour de mon Windows Vista, Service Pack 1 installé -> la barre des tâches est toujours bloquée
- Contrôle des comptes réactivité (lu sur un autre forum pour le même problème) -> Après redémarrage du système et de explorer.exe, la barre des tâches est temporairement accessible. Bémol avec le menu démarrer: http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/7440/sanstitre2ga5.png
- Analyse Anti-Spyware/Malware avec Spybot (mis à jour) et Ad-Aware 2007 -> Suppression d'un vers
- Analyse de l'UC utilisée -> pourcentage trop élevé (~54%) alors que mes programmes sont fermés.
- Analyse avec Hijackthis:

Rappel: Je connais actuellement un gros problème avec "explorer.exe", il me prend 50% de l'UC et il m'arrive de faire des pointes à 100%. Il me semble qu'il tourne en boucle et selon un ami, cela serait dû à un programme malicieux...
