Hello, I installed Rabbit Shooting (2001) by MicroApplications and when I start the game, a window says "unable to initialize 3D card" and this on 2 different PCs. This game requires: Pentium II 300, 64 MB RAM, DirectX 8 compatible 3D card, 640x480 resolution in 65,000 colors and 65 MB of hard drive space. Win98SE config: Pentium III, hard drive 8 MB of which 6 free, 256 MB RAM, ATI Radeon 7000 DirectX 8. XP SP2 config: Athlon 2700, 160 GB HDD of which 120 free, 1024 MB RAM, ATI 9200 DirectX 9.
Has anyone already encountered this problem? Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows 98 Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello, I upgraded to Windows 7 and it works! Naturally you need to install the patch for Rabbit Shooting 1. I have it available for anyone who needs it because it’s no longer on the site.

yes me too I had the same problem on my PC I wonder too why it doesn’t work
and also if there is a site to download it entirely?-
you have to download 1 patch on micro application, (found on Yahoo search, not available on Google! as they say you should diversify sources) see the link below and it works immediately!
Have fun gaming, good hunt!

The answer is simple. I’m having the same problem with Vista. The editor does not provide patches to make its games work on newer Windows versions. Since there are no new versions of "rabbit shooting," as usual we can sit on our aging games. We are the fools of the joke!
