Error "AsIO.sys"

Hello,
Every time I start up, I get the following error message 
"Can't open AsIO.sys"

and I can't get rid of it.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

Configuration: Windows Vista Pro 64-bit + Core2 Duo 6750 + Asus P5E motherboard Internet Explorer 7.0
