Hello,

I have a small problem with my SilverCrest model CRE-720 player. When I try to listen to a CD, it shows "ERROR 04." While flipping through the manual, it says that the CD is placed upside down!! What a joke.... I tried to reset everything, but to no avail. I also pressed the reset button, but nothing worked, still the same error message! If someone could help me. Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Have you previously read mp3 CD-RWs and commercial CDs?
On mine, I get error 04 from the mp3s
Vibrations or reset?

Hello, I have a Silvercrest CRE-720 device, and when I insert the USB key, an error message appears saying 'ERROR 06'. The problem does not come from the USB key because it is new, and there is no explanation in the user manual. PLEASE HELP ME.
