je vais essayer d'etre claire et donner le plus de details possible ;et j'espere que je trouverai de l'aide ici
voila j'ai formaté mon PC ;et apres j'ai reinstallé tous les drivers saufs celui de la varte vidéo (a chaque fois c'etait impossible)et l'assistant ne trouvait pas le logiciel nécessaire ,
je precise que dans le gestionnaire de péripherique le point d'interrogation jaune est doublé d'un petit point d'exclamation devant ''controleur vidéo (compatible VGA)''
j'ai installé SIW pour connaitre les réferences de ma carte vidéo ;et la je ne sais pas si je dois consulter les info concernant la carte mere(deja que la j'ai trouvé son numero serie 00000000 ;;c normal??!!!! enfin bref) ou bien ''vidéo''??

installé le fichier télécharger puis redemarrer
