System error E001 Canon iR2016 copier

Hello,

I have a problem with a Canon iR 2016 copier, it displays a system error code E001.
I replaced the fixing unit, it worked for only 2 days and the message reappeared.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    your error message is E001-003, if that's the case, it’s indeed the assembly that needs to be fixed, generally you need to be a Canon dealer to order it.

    A little tip, since the model is a 2016J, it should be recent, your issue can potentially be resolved without changing the assembly; a clear error in service mode followed by a restart should suffice.
