Print Two slides + comments

Question

Hello,

I would like to print two slides from my PowerPoint file with their comments on a single page.

Example:

SLIDE 1
comments slide 1

SLIDE 2
comments slide 2

Is this possible in PowerPoint 2002, 2003, or 2007?

Hello,  I just tested with PowerPoint 2003 and I don't think it's possible: it's either one (2 slides on the same page) or the other (commentary with one slide per page).

Hello, There is still the option to copy and paste to another application like WordPad or Word, but that may not align with the intended goal?

Yes indeed, I tested it with PowerPoint 2002 as well, and I came to the same conclusion. Regarding copy-pasting, knowing that these are large documents, it will be a bit tedious. However, I wonder if this is possible with Office 2007 or if any additional tools might allow for this type of printing. Thank you for your responses.

Good evening,

First, check the properties of your printer to see if it can print 2 pages per sheet.
Almost all laser printers can do this if you have access to one.
And in PowerPoint, you select print with comments.
Otherwise, there are programs that can do this (virtual printers that recalculate the printing on 2 or 4 pages) but I forgot the name.

To cite MS:

Print comment pages
Open the presentation from which you want to print comments.
Click the Microsoft Office button, click the arrow next to the Print command, and then select Print Preview.
In the Page Setup group, click the arrow under Print, then select Comment Pages.
To set the page orientation, click the arrow under Orientation, then select Landscape or Portrait.
Click Print.
To set headers and footers, click Options, then click Header and Footer.
Note If you want to print your comments in color, select a color printer. Click the Microsoft Office button, click the arrow next to the Print command, and then choose Print Preview. Under Print, click Options, point to Colors/Grayscale, and then click Color.
