Hello, I can no longer download on uTorrent because I get the message "No connection could be established because the target computer refused it explicitly." DHT status not allowed

that's not what I mean, uTorrent has a bug that allows you to cheat the ratio on certain sites (like Snowtiger). It has been banned since then to avoid this type of problem.
