I've never experienced this before, this message that appears on µtorrent:
"windows ran out of memory. unable to allocate 2064 bytes utorrent
Please close some applications and press OK"
Does it have anything to do with me uploading files at the same time?

I believe I understand that you don't have enough memory anymore, he's asking you to close some applications. Have you tried letting utorrent run by itself to see? Without launching anything else like a program (except your antivirus^^)
