Outlook et smartphone

Bonjour,
J'ai un smartphone que je n'arrive pas à connecter sous windows vista avec outlook pourtant le gestionnaire d'appareil mobile voit le smartphone mais la synchonisation avec outlook ne marche pas ,
comment faire?

    outlook 2002 ne demarre pas sous vista
