Code IFC gratuit Solved

Question

Hello,

I hope someone has experienced this problem and especially has an answer to it!!!

So, I am subscribed to Canal+ / Canalsat via a receiver and I would like to transfer my subscription to the Freebox!
Not complicated, right???
Canal is asking me for an IFC code that Free should provide me!

It's been 3 days now that I've been on the phone with Free for this unfortunate little code!!!

There's a procedure to follow, I do one, and when I ask Free, they tell me the procedure hasn't been done!!
But Free is unable to tell me what I need to do!!!

So if anyone has had to perform this procedure, could they help me???

Hello,
I work at Canal+ and I face this problem every day.
IFC = Free Canal Identifier. The software used at Canal+ when creating or modifying a contract asks for a decoder number and a card number for digital or analog decoders. For ADSL decoders, there is only a card number (Télé2, Orange, Darty, 9tel, ...).

However, Free ADSL decoders do not have a card, so we must create a virtual card number in order to subscribe through FREE.

When you subscribe to Free, ask them to activate your IFC. Since Free is partnering with Canal+, they have access to Canal+ data and vice versa.

If Free tells you that they have activated your IFC and the Canal+ teleconsultant cannot create your subscription, ask them to try with both of your phone numbers (Free and France Telecom)

I just subscribed to Canal Sat via Free. They haven't asked me for my IFC number yet, but I believe I know where to find it
- Long press the info button
- A menu appears at the top of the screen with "The Guide," "Mosaic," "Canalplay," "Zaplist," and on another page "Settings"
- Select the "Settings" option
- Choose the option "IFC Number (Free Canal Identifier)"
The IFC number will display

I WENT TO THE FREEBOX MENU ON CANAL SAT FOR SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION 10 EUROS PER MONTH, IT ASKS ME TO CREATE A CODE, I ENTER THE SAME CODE AS THE ONE FOR FREEBOX THAT I ALREADY ENTERED WHEN OPENING AND RECEIVING MY FREEBOX, AND NOW I BROWSE FROM THERE ON MY CANAL SAT SUBSCRIPTION FOR 10 EUROS.

It works, no problems as mentioned in my previous message. The only issue is that I find the reception quality through the new Canalsat is slightly worse. I think it's commercial since we have to subscribe for HD quality.

Hello

The solution to the problem:

1st: You contact Free to obtain your IFC code.
2nd: You call Canalsat (hotline 08 92 39 39 10), and you speak to a customer service representative who opens your account with this number.

3rd: You go to the FREE MENU (free button) on your Freebox HD and wait on Canalsat (the Canalsat universe)

Wait an hour and everything will be sorted out.

Hello, I also subscribed to Canal Sat via Free. I had the programs for a few days, and then I was asked to activate my rights. By simply calling Canal Sat, you reach a very pleasant advisor who creates your account (the one created by Free has been erased) with your details (name, address, phone number, bank details). I didn't need this IFC number for my part.
