Because, first of all: see the charter!!!
And secondly: Why CCM does not help with software piracy.

PS. A little reminder:
After 6 months, a mobile can be unlocked for free by the operator... or even before 6 months still by the operator but unfortunately for a small fee!
Check with your operator for the related procedures and how to proceed.
