Hello,
I have a friend who has an old Nokia 108.
She can't use it because she set a security code ... and she forgot it.
In the shops, they can't reset this phone because there is no way to connect a cable and link it to a PC..
What to do ...

Throw it away to recycle it! If the repair shops can't do anything, the forum won't be able to do better! Moreover, the forum doesn't help to unlock phones.
