Hypson TV Issues

Hello everyone,
I just bought a Hypson HY 36 MAV R television, however I can't get the channels to work, except earlier when I managed to pick up the news broadcast from Canal +!
I'm just looking to tune in at least to the terrestrial channels, even up there where it usually works, I could only get the news!
I have the remote control, I have a Phillips antenna!

Thank you for your help, I would like to watch Cauet later lol!
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.8

    On Hypson Hy TVs, the automatic memory of analog channels is not working properly; you need to go into the Installation menu and select L/L under the STANDART line, then perform a manual search.

      I'm having a problem too, my remote control doesn't work anymore and I can't switch to the AV channel using the buttons on the TV, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ah, I forgot to mention that even with the white and green cable, it doesn't pick up, while it works on all the other TVs in the house! (I don't know anything about TVs, as you can see ...)
