Installing windows 11 on incompatible pc

Hello, when I install Windows 11 on a bootable USB drive with Rufus, I check the Secure Boot and TPM options, and when I set the boot order from my USB stick, my laptop gets stuck on the Windows 11 logo and keeps restarting in a loop. My PC is from 2009, the model is: Packard Bell EasyNote TH36-AU-108 FR. Thank you.

Hello,

According to the Web, you just have an Intel Pentium T4500, an old and weak piece of hardware that doesn't have the power and the recently needed SSE instruction set to run on the latest versions of Windows 11, the same goes for the GPU, an Intel GMA integrated into the motherboard, which brings back old memories.
