Black Friday mini-PC pricing error for the Geekom A6?

Hello,

according to your information 36373 (black-friday mini-pc) The Redac 29/11/2025 I placed an order on 30/11 for this mini pc based on your information: €399 instead of €549 with the code GKA6.

Upon receiving the invoice, I notice a charge of €549 with a 15% discount, which makes it €466, with the code GKA6 and not €399.

I'm having a hard time understanding... could you shed some light on this?

    Hello, If the purchase was made at Geekom, it was indeed 15% that was and still is displayed on their site.

    Note that there were three models to choose from.

    1. R7-6800 16Go Ram 1ToSSD 499€-15%
    2. R7-6800 32Go Ram 1ToSSD 549€-15%
    3. R7-6800 16Go Ram 512GoSSD 469€-15%

    It was the last one that needed to be ordered to be around 399€.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

    PS: Normally, we see the note (Invoice) before paying, at the time we need to pay.

    Then a discount is included in the final price; in the era of digital purchases, the time for postal discounts is over.
