Visual Basic 2010 Express

Hello,

I just upgraded to Windows 11 and I'm unable to install Visual Basic 2010 Express. The error message is "missing component Visual Basic 2010."

Do you have a solution for me to install it? Or any other installation solution for Visual Basic?

    Hello,

    It is reported that Visual Basic 2010, whether Express or not, is hardly compatible with Windows 10 or 11, and even if one manages to install it, it requires a free registration on a Microsoft server that no longer exists, back to square one.

    However, it seems to me that Visual Studio Community 2022 is still free and includes Visual Basic.

    Basic Visual Express 2010 works very well on Windows 10 and can currently be installed on Windows 10 without difficulty.
    However, it is impossible to install it on Windows 11; there must be a solution, don't you think?
    I am looking for a solution to reinstall Visual Basic Express 2010 on Windows 11.
