Trackpad issue

Hello,

I have a problem with a PC I bought on Leboncoin, it's an Acer Swift X14-71G. I can't "scroll" with the touchpad, and when I go to the touchpad settings in Windows, the page is completely empty. I've tried to fix the problem by watching all possible tutorials, I've formatted the PC, reinstalled the drivers, but nothing works. The touchpad works for clicking and moving the mouse, but I can't scroll a page or zoom in. Does anyone have a solution?

I'm on Windows 11

    Hello.

    On Acer's website, on the page regarding the download of drivers for your PC, it is stated that before installing the touchpad driver, you must first install the serial I/O driver.
