Hello,

Yes, you can delegate your email address and there's no need to share your password, here's how to do it.

You need to log in to the Gmail web page, then click on the gear icon and choose "See all settings."

Then go to "Accounts and Import" and in "Grant access to your account," set your options and then select "Add another account."

A new window will open.

Set the email address (Must be a Gmail address) and then the next step,

Send the email to delegate access. Do the same for the second user.

The user will receive a validation email that they can accept or decline. After acceptance, they can then switch accounts by going to their Gmail profile at the top right.

They will then be able to read received messages and send messages. However, they will not be able to change the password or advanced settings under any circumstances.

You can cancel the sharing of this inbox at any time.

Best regards.

Hello

In practice, it's enough to give the password

who will have control in case of conflict? anyone could claim to be the other!

My opinion: no, no, never!

Hello,

An important point, (once the password is in the hands of several people…) if one of the two individuals were to change the recovery email address, (as a hacker would, for example…) you would no longer be able to recover access to your Gmail account, just so you know.

We do not share an account of any kind as a principle; an account is personal, and the wisest choice is for everyone to create their own account.

Are you aware that with this kind of method, you risk ending up with identity theft, knowing that you are giving access to other people to certain personal documents that may be present in some of your emails on the account in question?

Hello

The principle of an email address is that it is personal; it should not be shared.

So you need to start by creating a fake email address to avoid sharing your real one.

After that, you follow the tutorial from the person telling you to share an email address.

Even there, in private, we started with a parent's address and in the family we share the household address, the family address, for 3-4 people, parents and children, under the "responsibility" of the one who has the subscription.

So it is a matter of responsibility that lies behind the sharing.

The rest, as for search engines, even Gmail does different things and changes procedures, you have to follow the Gmail site.

Be careful with private, public family, friends, work, and business accounts; it's all Google, and in the end, there are dozens of different possibilities:
