Google Translate does this... but you need a document much clearer than this...

-- No trace of a crease... use an iron...

-- Take a real photo, clear, without movement (on a tripod), with a bit more light, increase the contrasts and avoid saturation.

-- You need to obtain a very clear image of Black on White, as close to white as possible...

It's doable, but it requires some trial and error... this example is impossible.
