    No, and uninstall it.

    This software is for updating drivers and paying for that??
    No need for this software for updates.

    When everything is fine and there are no issues with the system, it's better to leave it as is.

    However, if you absolutely want to update the drivers, it's preferable to go to the manufacturer's website or the motherboard's website, and it's free.
