Incorrect phone, ticket order

Hello,

I wanted to book 2 tickets ORY: HER on Transavia: everything is going well, but the system does not accept my phone numbers, so I cannot complete my ticket purchase. A message appears saying:

Provided parameter "phone" is incorrect. Please check your input (error code: 50021)

I tried with and without the country code 33 and nothing is being accepted.

Hello,

In addition to the country code +33, have you also removed the 0?

For example +336XXXXXXXX

If the problem persists, clear the cache and cookies and try again. Otherwise, try using a different browser.
