HDCleaner application not opening

I installed HDCleaner but the software won't open.

    Hello,

    Check the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications

    You might find the reason there.

    Hello,

    Right-click on the taskbar on your Desktop and check in the processes present in the task manager if the software in question is there or not.

    It is possible that there is an issue with the software in question!

    Extreme caution is advised with this type of software; Windows does not need this kind of software to function properly.

    Another resolution:

    Hello, I also have HD CLEANER installed but it doesn't start.

    Upon installation of HDCleaner version 2.081, I right-clicked on the installer "HDCleaner-Windows-2-081-fr.exe" to open "Properties" => tab: "Compatibility" => "Run compatibility troubleshooter" and HDCleaner starts!
