Echolink 7601 Wi-Fi key not connecting to the network

Good evening everyone

Desktop PC, Win 7 64 bits

I installed the driver for my wifi key echolink 7601, which I got from Mediatek;

the driver is installed, the hardware is added in "network adapter" of the device manager, the key detects the wifi.

However, when I enter my wifi password, Windows refuses to connect the key to the wifi!

Other points to clarify:

- My echolink key works automatically on my Win 10 laptop

- The problem is with two desktop PCs with Win 7

- On these desktop PCs, a Tenda key works well with the same driver, but the echolink key detects the wifi and refuses to connect even if the password is correct.

Please help me

    Hello,

    How much did you buy this key that has a speed of 150Mbps?

    Presumably, a second-hand key. It would be wise to make a financial effort and buy a well-known brand model like TP-Link for example.

    ok, thanks.

    It's not second-hand, but it seems to be an incompatibility with Win7.
