Unable to locate efi\boot\bootx64.efi [14] not found

Hello,

I have a problem with my computer... It refuses to install Windows 10x64 but accepts Windows 10x86.

It's a PC bought pre-assembled in 2021 that was running on Windows 10x64, but after the latest Windows updates, it crashed and refused to start... I looked on forums and uninstalled the update, and then it was a disaster... So I reset the BIOS, and then downloaded the latest version of the BIOS. My PC is indeed compatible with Windows 10 x64, but I get the following error message "unable to locate efi\boot\bootx64.efi"

I don't know what to do anymore; I must have a problem in the BIOS, but I can't find it.

Can someone please help me? Thanks for reading in any case.

Hello.

Change the BIOS mode; if it's in UEFI, switch it to Legacy and vice versa.

I have already tried and it still fails.. I can only set it to x86 and not x64. However, my PC is x64 compatible because I checked it with a software
