Hello. I want to know if I can do video editing with Windows Movie Maker on an HP laptop with the following configuration:

Processor: Intel Celeron N4120 (1.1 GHz base frequency, up to 2.6 GHz burst frequency)

Memory: 4 GB cache, DDR4 RAM - 2400 MHz

SATA disk 1000 GB

Graphics card: Intel UHD 600

    Hello
It really might be too tight on everything, so I would say no.
    Sorry.

Good evening. What is the best configuration for Windows Movie Maker?

On which version of Windows? Which specific HP model?

The program is not the only factor to consider; it will also depend on the type of video to be processed (and thus their resolutions and sizes, depending on their source).
However, to do video editing even with Movie Maker, assuming you are working with low-resolution clips, you would ideally need a PC with a dedicated graphics card with 2GB, and at least 8GB of RAM.
