GPU 0 3D appeared recently

Hello,

I have a problem with my PC. In the task manager under the "Graphics Processing Unit" category, it says GPU 0 3D, and for the applications where this is displayed, the usage is at 100%, and I am experiencing a significant loss of FPS.
